The group of companies “Prometey” carries out modernization and reconstruction of the elevator in the village. Vladimirovka. Until the end of 2017 it is planned to invest over 30 million hryvnias in updating the material and technical base.

To date, the total capacity of the elevator for a one-time storage is 50 thousand tons. On the territory of the elevator complex there are 6 warehouses of floor type storage. Most of the warehouses are mechanized – equipped with a system of upper and lower galleries.

During the reconstruction at the Vladimirovsky elevator, electronic car scales with a 20-meter platform with a carrying capacity of up to 80 tons are installed. Also for the enterprise, a new receiving hopper and a universal grain separator of the BSH-200 model were purchased. To strengthen the security of the facility, a new reinforced concrete fence has been installed along the perimeter.

In the framework of modernization, repair of warehouses, access roads and internal roads is being carried out. Also, modernization of the elevator electrification system, shipping points, transportation system, work safety and grain storage system is being carried out. Repairs were carried out in the administrative building and laboratory, high-quality equipment was purchased. At the moment, the laboratory of the elevator is certified for the analysis of wheat, barley, sunflower, corn, rape, soybean, pea.

“After the completion of reconstruction works, the acceptance and shipment of grain will be carried out mechanically. Also, the planned modernization will allow unloading large-sized cars within 30 minutes, “said the director of the Vladimir elevator.
